Irina was great help with any questions we had, she saved us a fortune! and even called our hostels up front to make sure they were expecting us. Thanks for your help. We had a great trip.

About the author

Irina Travelova

Hi, my name is Irina. I was born to Russian parents but have lived abroad for over 10 years. I have spent 7 years in USA where I attended university and earned my degree. After that I lived and worked in England for 3 years. I am fluent in both English and Russian which certainly helped me in my Trans Siberian train journey.

Motivation

I have been privileged to travel to many wonderful places. The most challenging to date has been the Trans Siberian journey from Moscow to Beijing via Mongolia this summer. So I decided to share some of my experiences and tips that hopefully will help others to plan and enjoy their trip.
